What you’ll do

Manage a portfolio of projects related to park development, repairs, and improvements for parks, aquatic facilities, trails, playgrounds, athletic fields, and park-jurisdiction streets to ensure high-quality public spaces.

Prepare detailed grading and site development plans, including schedules and cost estimates, and conduct field inspections to verify work is progressing as planned.

Lead projects that include grant funding and public engagement, coordinating requirements, timelines, and stakeholder input to keep projects compliant and community-focused.

Design projects in-house and manage consultant teams by advertising for construction bids, reviewing proposals, and providing oversight during construction.

Manage scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle, preparing change orders, amendments, drawings, and reports while escalating risks or issues as needed.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency, accountability, and long-term asset management.
