This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: SR Staffing Services, LLC dba Silo Ridge Field Club at 4651 Route 22, Amenia, NY 12501 – Dutchess County.

Silo Ridge Field Club is seeking SEASONAL full-time Landscape Laborers to join the Golf Course Maintenance Department. Employment dates are: February 20, 2026 – November 20, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available.

Shift/Work Hours: 40 hours per week; 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Multiple different shifts offered throughout the day) Sunday - Saturday

In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and fertilize grasses.
• General landscaping tasks such as mulching, weeding, planting of ornamentals, trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees.
• Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants.
• Watering of lawns, landscapes, and gardens.
• Assist with irrigation repair and drainage installation.
• Participate in department set-up activities such as changing of hole locations and tee markers.
• Ensure all end of day tasks/closing procedures are completed and comply with the department’s SOP.
• Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately to the Department Manager.
• Attend department meetings and training as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate golf course machinery such as push rotary mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, utility vehicles, and riding mowers.
• Possess a valid United States driver’s license (or international equivalent) and ability to operate vehicles.
