Southern Star Tree Services, a family-owned professional tree care company based in Dacula, GA, is growing and looking for a motivated Sales Arborist to join our team. We provide qualified leads so you can focus on consultations, building relationships, and closing sales—not chasing cold prospects.

What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site tree assessments for residential and commercial clients
• Identify hazards, structural concerns, pests, diseases, and recommend appropriate tree care solutions
• Educate customers and build trust through professional consultations
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Close sales and coordinate smooth handoffs to production crews
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Travel throughout our greater Atlanta service area

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional arborist or tree care experience
• Sales experience in tree care, landscaping, or home services is a plus
• Strong knowledge of tree biology, common Georgia species, and arboricultural practices
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
