Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced highly motivated Sales Arborist Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

MEET WITH CLIENTS, ADDRESS THIER NEEDS AND CONCERNS. SELL AND SCHEDULE.

Coordinate with office/ production managers

COMMISSION BASED PAY ON ALL JOB SOLD/SCHEDULED 12-15% WE HANDLE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES IN AND AROUND BEXAR COUNTY.

• Extreme professionalism.
• Draft estimate/ reports/ tree inventory for clients
• Engage with potential and existing clients through warm calling, mass texts, B2B sales strategies, and personalized communication to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotes. Address concerns/ answer questions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs related to tree care, preservation, and management, providing expert advice aligned with arboricultural best practices.
• Develop and execute business development plans to expand market reach, including marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage key accounts by maintaining ongoing communication, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their arboricultural needs.
