Sales Arborist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced highly motivated Sales Arborist Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

MEET WITH CLIENTS, ADDRESS THIER NEEDS AND CONCERNS. SELL AND SCHEDULE.

Coordinate with office/ production managers

COMMISSION BASED PAY ON ALL JOB SOLD/SCHEDULED 12-15% WE HANDLE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES IN AND AROUND BEXAR COUNTY.

• Extreme professionalism.
• Draft estimate/ reports/ tree inventory for clients
• Engage with potential and existing clients through warm calling, mass texts, B2B sales strategies, and personalized communication to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotes. Address concerns/ answer questions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs related to tree care, preservation, and management, providing expert advice aligned with arboricultural best practices.
• Develop and execute business development plans to expand market reach, including marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage key accounts by maintaining ongoing communication, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their arboricultural needs.
• Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales presentations, project planning, and service delivery to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Communicate job specifications to increase productivity.
• Ensure permits from municipalities/ mygov online are available for scheduled work.
• Assist in advertising campaigns/ brand awarenes.

Qualifications

ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST WITH SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED ASAP

DRIVERS LICENSE Cdl not required (company vehicle can be provided for sales position)

GREAT PAY FOR DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS COMMISSION BASED PAY 12-15%

SALES AND OFFICE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Previous experience 1-3 years

• Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within the arboriculture or related industries.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology tools like jobber/ quickbooks to optimize sales processes.
• Develop new relationships with our community/ local organizations
• Demonstrated success in account management and developing long-term client relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Experience in leadership roles or team collaboration is a plus.

Pay: $64,661.45 - $77,871.86 per year
