Job Overview

SAS Property Preservation LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Property Preservation Technicians to perform maintenance and preservation services on residential and commercial properties. This is an independent contractor position ideal for individuals or crews with experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or foreclosure property services.

Technicians will be responsible for completing a variety of preservation tasks, including lawn maintenance, debris removal, property securing, winterizations, lock changes, minor repairs, and general property upkeep. Work is assigned through our vendor management platform and must be completed according to client guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, edging, and shrub maintenance
• Remove interior and exterior debris, trash, and personal property
• Complete winterization and de-winterization services on vacant properties
• Secure properties by installing lockboxes, changing locks, and boarding windows when necessary
• Conduct property inspections and document conditions with clear photographs
• Complete work orders accurately and submit required documentation on time
• Maintain safety standards and comply with all local regulations
• Communicate effectively regarding work order status and property conditions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property preservation, landscaping, construction, maintenance, or related field preferred
• Ability to operate lawn equipment, hand tools, and basic power tools
• Reliable transportation capable of hauling equipment and debris
• Smartphone with camera and internet access
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• General liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions...
