Landscape Architect Project Manager – Oklahoma City, OK!

Halff is seeking a Landscape Architect, with their Landscape Architect License, to join our Oklahoma City, OK office as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience working on the following project types: parks, recreation and trail planning and design; urban park, plaza, streetscape and transportation enhancements; land development; and support for large scale planning projects. What you will do

: * Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects. * Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction * Foster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture * Lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements * Production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages * Construction methodologies and implementation * Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously * Anticipate the needs of clients and projects * Communicate effectively orally and in writing

What you will need
