Landscape Architecture, Team Leader

Halff is seeking to hire an experienced Team Leader to lead our Planning and Landscape Architecture team in the Oklahoma City office. This is a rare opportunity to lead a team of planners, designers, and project managers in a collaborative environment to help clients plan, design, and implement projects that improve their communities.

What you will do

* The responsibilities of this leadership position include oversight of the Oklahoma planning and design team and facilitation of our efforts to deliver award-winning projects. * Project will include parks, trails, streetscapes, recreation facilities and sports fields; amenity design for residential and/or multi-family developments, community development plans, and development of comprehensive plans and master planning on public and private projects. * The ideal candidate can balance client, company and project team responsibilities, including strategic pursuits and marketing, project leadership, team representation, oversight and preparation of high-quality documents and deliverables, and interactive public engagement.
