Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Landscape Supply Delivery Driver and Penske Rental Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting landscape materials such as soil, mulch, and others to various customer locations/home delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Landscape Supply Deliveries

Load and Unload Supplies

• Safely load landscape supplies onto the delivery truck.
• Ensure that all materials are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Execution

• Deliver supplies to customers' homes, businesses, or job sites within the designated delivery area.
• Follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and obtain customer signatures upon completion.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on the delivery truck.
• Report any mechanical issues to the Manager immediately.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.

Customer Service

• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Address any questions or concerns from customers during deliveries.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading processes.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
• Complete necessary paperwork for each delivery.
• Communicate with the dispatch team to update delivery status and report any issues.
