Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor enhancement crews to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members, preparing them for future leadership opportunities.
  • Conduct employee reviews, including 90-day, annual, and promotion evaluations.
  • Plan and execute daily operations, including creating crew schedules, assigning work, and ensuring crews have necessary resources.
  • Arrive by 6:30 AM to lead daily operations and work two scheduled closing evenings per week.
  • Maintain accurate enhancement schedules and coordinate materials and supplies for projects.
  • Partner with Area Managers and Branch Management to exceed customer expectations.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and submit completion reports.
  • Support enhancement sales by assisting with proposals and managing enhancement requests from prospective customers.
  • Oversee the seasonal floriculture program, including creating design templates, preparing orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Certify payroll hours, inspect tools and equipment, and maintain a clean, organized facility.
  • Promote and uphold company values, including integrity, service, and excellence.
