Job Overview

Rogers Market is looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Landscaper to care for the plants, flower beds, and grounds at all our store locations. You will keep our properties looking clean, healthy, and welcoming for customers year-round. This role travels between sites on a regular schedule, so a valid driver's is required. If you take pride in well-kept outdoor spaces and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Plant, water, prune, weed, and fertilize flower beds, shrubs, and other landscaping at all Rogers Market locations.
• Maintain healthy plants and replace seasonal plantings as needed to keep the grounds attractive throughout the year.
• Mow, trim, edge, and keep grass and green areas neat and tidy.
• Mulch beds, manage soil, and monitor for pests, disease, or irrigation issues, reporting concerns to management.
• Keep walkways, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor spaces free of debris, litter, and overgrowth.
• Perform seasonal cleanup (leaves, snow-adjacent landscaping needs, spring/fall preparation).
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely; keep equipment clean and in good order.
• Travel between store locations on a set route/schedule to provide consistent care across all sites.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work (required).
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or gardening experience preferred; willingness to learn also welcome.
• Knowledge of basic plant care, watering, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
