About the Role

The Part-time Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of real estate properties within the rental and leasing industry. This position focuses on the upkeep of outdoor spaces, ensuring that lawns, gardens, walkways, and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and inviting for residents and visitors.
