About the Role

The Groundskeeper/Make Ready Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functional readiness of real estate properties within the rental and leasing sector. The technician is responsible for preparing units for new tenants by performing cleaning, minor repairs, and landscaping tasks to meet company standards. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready or turnover preparation in a residential rental environment.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Certification in pesticide application or landscaping.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to groundskeeping and property maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
