Outdoor Landscape & Pool Sales Representative (Design Consultant)

Are you passionate about outdoor design and skilled at closing deals? We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Outdoor Landscape & Pool Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you won't just be selling; you will be helping homeowners visualize and design their dream outdoor living spaces.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction, an eye for aesthetics, and the technical knowledge required to estimate and sell complex outdoor projects.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with residential and/or commercial clients on-site to understand their vision for landscaping, hardscaping, and custom pools.

Develop and present creative, functional design concepts for outdoor living spaces.

Guide clients through the selection of construction materials, explaining the benefits and costs of various options.

Prepare accurate project estimates and detailed proposals.

Manage the sales pipeline from initial lead generation to closing the contract.

Collaborate closely with our project managers and construction crews to ensure design intent is accurately executed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales or project coordination experience within a construction or landscape construction company.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of both pool construction and landscape construction processes.

Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of various materials related to the trade (e.g., pavers, natural stone, concrete, pool finishes, plants, and turf).

Design Savvy: A strong, proven eye for outdoor living design and spatial planning.

Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills. Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
