Gopherscapes is a design-build landscaping company specializing in high-end outdoor spaces, including patios, retaining walls, plantings, sod, drainage, lighting, and complete landscape transformations.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, can keep a crew moving efficiently, and wants to grow with a company—not just collect a paycheck.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a 2–5 person landscape construction crew.
• Build patios, retaining walls, planting beds, drainage systems, and sod installations.
• Read landscape plans and execute projects accurately.
• Train and motivate crew members.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness.
• Communicate with the owner and occasionally with clients.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other landscape equipment safely.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of landscape construction or hardscape experience.
• Previous experience leading a crew.
• Experience with pavers and retaining walls preferred.
• Ability to solve problems without constant supervision.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Someone who leads by example and values quality.

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus *(paid after successfully completing 90 days of employment and maintaining good attendance and performance)*
