Mowing Crew Leader, Landscaper

Rebel Landscaping is growing fast—and we’re ready to bring in a proven leader to help take us to the next level.

We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader to run and oversee mowing operations as needed. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to lead crews, make smart decisions, and take ownership of quality from start to finish. It is essential to have Florida plant knowledge and Irrigation repair experience. You must be able to hold yourself accountable, keep time/pace and manage the routes.

What You’ll Be Leading

Your work focuses primarily on mowing/maintenance including

• Irrigation repairs & troubleshooting
• Mowing and maintenance
• 1-2days a week assisting with project crews to complete projects, trimming and one off landscape jobs.
