Duties

• Operate lawn mowers, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently and safely
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming trees, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and installing hardscape features
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
• Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, and sometimes operating machinery like excavators for larger projects
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and excess materials to uphold professional standards
• Support construction projects involving landscaping structures or garden features as needed

Experience

• Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping tools and machinery is essential
• Experience in snow plowing or winter maintenance tasks is a bonus but not necessary for all roles
