About Us

At Burds' Lawn Care, we take pride in helping customers maintain and improve their properties both inside and outside of their homes. We provide a wide range of services including (outside) lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, garden bed maintenance, pruning, edging, patio creation & maintenance. (inside) Drywall work, painting, flooring, tiling, light electrical & plumbing.

We are looking for motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Team Members to help deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Who We are looking for

We are looking for a full time lawn mower. Who will be using Z-turn mowers made by: John Deere, Exmark, Toro, and weedwackers/blowers that are Stihl and Echo.

We're looking for team players who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, motivated, dependable, and take pride in their work. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilites

• Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently.
• Perform weed whacking, edging, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance.
• Complete spring cleanups, fall cleanups, and garden bed maintenance projects.
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and tools.
• Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Assist with interior property maintenance projects including painting, flooring, and tiling when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
