MASTER CARPENTER / LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CRAFTSMAN

Job Summary

Lionheart Landscaping Design & Build Co. is seeking a highly skilled Master Carpenter and Landscape Construction Craftsman to join our growing Design & Build team. This is not a production framing position. We are looking for a craftsman who takes pride in building premium outdoor living spaces and delivering exceptional quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate is experienced in custom carpentry, outdoor structures, finish work, and creative problem-solving. This individual will play a key role in building high-end outdoor projects while also assisting with all aspects of landscape construction and installation.

Responsibilities

• Construct custom pool equipment enclosures
• Build pergolas, pavilions, privacy screens, and shade structures
• Install outdoor kitchens and outdoor living features
• Build custom gates, fencing, planter boxes, and decorative structures
• Perform premium finish carpentry and trim work
• Read plans, layouts, and construction drawings
• Assist with hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor features
• Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, and lighting
• Operate power tools, construction equipment, and jobsite machinery safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Work directly with ownership and crew members to deliver high-quality projects
• Solve field challenges and contribute ideas that improve project outcomes

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
