Largo Resort is an exclusive boutique waterfront resort in Key Largo, Florida, offering luxury accommodations, destination weddings, and private events. We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and hardworking Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper & Landscaping Supervisor to help maintain our beautiful six-acre tropical property and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors and has experience in multiple trades. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a first-class resort, leading by example, and ensuring the property is always guest-ready.

ResponsibilitiesProperty Maintenance

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the resort.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, irrigation systems, and water lines.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, including lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, and fixture replacement.
• Complete carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, flooring, and general construction projects.
• Assist with renovations, remodeling, and property improvement projects.
• Maintain pools, docks, fencing, walkways, buildings, and all resort infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report any major repairs or safety concerns.

Groundskeeping & Landscaping

• Maintain the resort's tropical landscaping, gardens, lawns, palm trees, and waterfront areas.
• Mow, edge, trim, weed, mulch, plant, and fertilize as needed.
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and repair irrigation systems.
• Keep all outdoor areas, beaches, walkways, parking lots, and common areas clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with hurricane preparedness, storm cleanup, and emergency property restoration.
