Lead Landscape Installer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Landscape Installer to help lead landscape and hardscape installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a team, and can keep projects moving efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

* Lead and work alongside installation crews on landscape and hardscape projects. * Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, sod, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features. * Read and execute landscape designs and installation plans. * Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain production goals. * Train and mentor crew members. * Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. * Operate landscaping equipment, skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools safely. * Maintain clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment. * Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Qualifications

* Previous landscape installation experience required. * Crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and materials. * Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees. * Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape installation is a plus. * Ability to lead by example and motivate a team. * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. * Valid driver’s license required. * Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
