Landscape Installer - Foreperson Trainee

We are hiring a Landscape Installer Foreperson Trainee to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in landscaping, hardscaping, plant installation, and crew leadership.

What You’ll Do

* Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects. * Work alongside experienced forepersons and supervisors. * Learn crew leadership, jobsite organization, and production management. * Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, drainage, sod, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features. * Identify common landscape plants, trees, and shrubs and understand proper planting techniques. * Learn plant spacing, grading, watering, and plant health best practices. * Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely. * Read and follow landscape plans and layouts. * Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites. * Communicate with team members and customers professionally.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Desire to grow into a leadership position. * Basic plant identification knowledge preferred. * Familiarity with common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees is a plus. * Reliable transportation and good attendance. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor. * Landscape or construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. * Valid driver’s license required.
