Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and trim edges using mowers, trimmers, and other power tools to achieve a clean, professional appearance
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and mulching to promote healthy growth
• Use hand tools and power equipment like shovels, rakes, blowers, and hedge trimmers for various gardening activities
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for hardscape projects or land grading when necessary
• Maintain safety standards during all tasks by properly handling equipment like power tools and ensuring site cleanliness

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Mechanical knowledge helpful for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Basic understanding of construction or hardscape projects is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety and maintenance procedures
