Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and trim grass using power tools such as mowers, trimmers, and edgers to achieve a neat, uniform appearance
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep
• Operate hand tools and machinery like shovels, rakes, blowers, and small excavators for various landscaping projects
• Install or repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens
• Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools effectively
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly desirable
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments
• Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and pruning to support healthy growth
• Experience operating small construction equipment like excavators is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail; physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
