Our Mission

We are a growing lawn care company with a social mission: to provide meaningful, long-term employment for people with disabilities (autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, physical limitations, and others). We believe disabled people deserve real jobs, real responsibility, and real respect.

We are currently a home-based operation with big plans for growth (including a major government contract). We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the ground up.

About the Role

We are looking for our first key hire — someone who will start as a technician working alongside the owner’s autistic son and eventually grow into a Crew Lead role managing and supporting a team of disabled employees.

Key Responsibilities (Starting)

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and property cleanup
• Driving company vehicle between job sites
• Working closely with people with disabilities in a two-man crew — helping keep them focused and calm during challenging moments
• Maintaining high quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Clean driving record (non-negotiable)
• Strong patience, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential
• Experience or genuine comfort working with people who have disabilities
• Ability to stay calm and supportive when someone on the team has a meltdown or difficult day
• Reliable, consistent, and hardworking
• A heart for helping people succeed
