As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing, with precision and efficiency.
• Complete 5-6 yards per day, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
• Available to work full-time or part-time as a 1099 contractor.
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Working Hours

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Workdays start at 8:00 am and end at 2:00 pm. (Flexable)
• Flexible schedule based on client needs and seasonal demands.

Compensation and Benefits

• Average contractor earns +$750 per week based on 25 hours worked.
