Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and gardens for our clients. This is a part-time position with opportunities to transition to full-time, potential for bonuses, and extensive career growth with the growth of the company.

Preferred but not mandatory, someone looking to transition to full time and grow within the company. A go getter, someone who takes pride in their work, and wants to not only better themselves, but better the company they work for, and the other employees around them as well. Someone looking for an opportunity to start early with a company, and work with them to grow and scale. Growing your own responsibilities and duties as well. Duties

- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing and trimming

- Perform landscaping tasks such as mulch application and mulch/other removal

- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and gardens, other spring and fall clean up duties.

- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently

- Maintain equipment in good working condition
