Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of lawn care technicians, providing clear direction and motivating high performance
• Conduct quality inspections to guarantee work meets company standards and client expectations
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring all tools and machinery are in top condition for daily use

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license. No sr 22.
• Ability to drive truck with taller.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and lawn care
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with clients and vendors
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions and the ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
