Lawn Care Technician (Zero-Turn Operator)

Overview

Greenworks is seeking a reliable and experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our mowing crew for the upcoming season.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate equipment safely and efficiently, and understands the importance of completing routes on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision. Crew members are expected to maintain a steady pace while delivering high-quality work across multiple properties each day.

Responsibilities

• Operate zero-turn mowers to maintain residential and commercial properties
• Follow daily routes and complete scheduled properties efficiently
• Maintain quality standards for mowing, trimming, and cleanup
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power tools, mowers, and landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to maintain safe access for clients and staff
• Work as part of a crew while maintaining productivity and time awareness
• Ensure properties are serviced safely and professionally

Qualifications

• Experience operating zero-turn mowers required
• Experience using trimmers and blowers
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to maintain a steady pace and complete scheduled routes efficiently
• Good time management and awareness of daily production goals
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and perform routine maintenance or repairs as needed
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required

Pay

$20 - $30 per hour

Pay is based on experience, equipment skill, and reliability.
