Lawn Care Worker- Experience Required

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Worker to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will help maintain both residential and commercial lawns, keeping them healthy, clean, and visually appealing. This role includes general lawn maintenance tasks and occasional fencing work, with a strong focus on quality service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns using manual and powered equipment
• Prune shrubs, trees, and hedges to promote healthy growth
• Maintain flower beds and remove weeds
• Clear debris, leaves, and trash from lawns and landscaped areas
• Build, repair, or install fencing as needed
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
• Assist with seasonal yard clean-ups and snow removal (if applicable)
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Interact with clients and team members in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or general labor required.
• Basic fencing skills (installation and repair) are a plus
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
• Good physical stamina; able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Work Environment

This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and requires physical labor such as lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
