Duties

As a Lawn Care Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
• Utilizing power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks.
• Trimming trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics.
• Irrigating lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Execute tree trimming and care
• Conducting snow plowing services during winter months as needed.
• Maintaining equipment in good working condition and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• A commitment to safety practices while on the job site.
