Florida Gardens & Landscaping is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage a lawn care crew. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with proven leadership experience in the landscaping and lawn maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a lawn maintenance crew on daily routes
• Ensure quality standards are met at all properties
• Train and motivate crew members
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and crew performance
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lawn Care Foreman, Crew Leader, or Supervisor is required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance practices and equipment
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
