Florida Gardens & Landscaping is hiring an experienced Lawn Care / Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with prior experience in professional lawn maintenance and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing properties
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Weed control and general landscape maintenance
• Operating commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment safely
• Assisting with property cleanups and seasonal services
• Maintaining high-quality standards on all job sites

Requirements

• Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience required
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license is a plus
