Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Driver/Supervisor to oversee landscape crew and contracts

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Coordinate with account managers for daily tasks.
• Time Management Skills.
• Maintain effective communication with account managers via phone call management, ensuring clear instructions and updates throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the landscape industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for clients and management.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in pulling trailers.
