Lawn Care Crew Member

Carolina Turf is looking for dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and enjoy working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Mow residential and commercial lawns
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds
• String trim around fences, trees, and obstacles
• Trim and shape shrubs and bushes
• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces
• Perform quality checks before leaving each property to ensure work meets company standards
• Safely operate lawn care equipment and tools
• Report equipment issues or property concerns to the crew leader
• Follow all company safety procedures and directions from the crew leader
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
