Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member

Carolina Turf is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape/Hardscape Crew Members to join our team. This position focuses on installing hardscapes and landscape features for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
• Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation
• Install drainage systems and landscape edging
• Spread gravel, mulch, soil, and other landscape materials
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Read and follow project plans and directions from the crew leader
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Perform final quality checks to ensure projects meet company standards
• Follow all company safety procedures

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
