Landscape Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

• Install and maintain residential and commercial landscapes throughout the Triangle.
• Work alongside experienced team members to learn professional landscaping techniques.
• Operate and care for landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, mulch, sod, and other landscape materials.
• Assist with grading, drainage, irrigation, hardscapes, and landscape improvements.
• Take pride in producing high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
• Continue learning and developing new skills as you grow within the company.
• Maintain residential and commercial maintenance accounts in mowing, edging and blowing

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to be part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
• Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $15-20 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses based on individual and company performance
• Full-time position with 40+ hours per week
