Landscape Construction Crew Leader / Foreman

MSC Construction is hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader / Foreman to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both crew management and manual labor in the field. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, maintain production, and help deliver high-quality work on high-end residential landscape projects.

Types of Projects

• Retaining walls
• Hardscape installations
• Drainage systems
• Sod and grading
• Irrigation installs
• Planting and full landscape installs
• Outdoor living spaces

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape construction crew
• Read and execute project plans
• Perform physical labor alongside crew members
• Operate equipment when needed
• Maintain production goals and job quality
• Communicate with project managers and office staff
• Ensure jobs stay clean, organized, and efficient
• Train and motivate crew members
• Maintain safety standards on job sites

Requirements

• Experience in landscape construction, hardscapes, grading, or related construction fields
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to perform manual labor daily
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all seasons
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Equipment experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems and keep crews productive
