As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will support landscape maintenance projects, working outdoors with skilled teammates to deliver high-quality results. Crew Members report directly to the Property Manager and follow direction from the Crew Leader on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, blowing, seasonal cleanups
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively, including:
• Walk-behind, stand-on, and push mowers
• Trimmers, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional job site
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily tasks on time and to company standards
• Drive company vehicles and transport crew members as needed

Qualifications (Required)

• Professional experience: At least 2 year of experience working for a landscaping company performing maintenance
• Ability to work full days outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to follow direction
• Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license (or equivalent). Crew members may be required to operate company vehicles and transport crew members as part of daily operations
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment independently
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening as part of the hiring process
• Applicants must meet insurance eligibility requirements because operating company vehicles is part of the position.
