Duties

• Lead and coordinate daily lawn care and landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning.
• Supervise a team of crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water use and system functionality.
• Perform or assign tasks related to tree care, gardening, horticulture practices, and construction projects on-site.
• Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscape needs and provide professional recommendations for ongoing care.

Skills

• Need to be able to drive while pulling a trailer
• Be able to back up a trailer
• Experience in using commercial lawn care equipment (Walker mowers, stand on mowers, high grade trimmers)
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture.
• Supervising or leadership experience within outdoor maintenance or construction teams.
