Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers.
• Trim and edge lawns using commercial string trimmers.
• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots after mowing.
• Install mulch, plants, shrubs, and landscape materials.
• Assist with landscape cleanups and seasonal property maintenance.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at every job site.
• Perform daily inspections of trucks and equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• During the winter season, assist with snow removal by spreading salt and plowing walkways possiby movign up to operating trucks with snow plows, as needed.

Qualifications

• Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is a plus.
• Snow plow experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays during snow events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop every day.
