Landscaping Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Bi-lingual, energetic and detail-oriented Landscaping Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of landscaping projects and run the crews schedule and coordinate with builders.

In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of landscape construction and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, safely, and to the highest standards.

You will also be managing the team, purchasing materials, sometimes running equipment, coordinating schedules, communicating with builders and clients.

Your leadership will manage resources effectively, manage a crew, deliver outstanding outdoor environments that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful landscapes while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscaping crews on construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage all phases of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation management, and tree care.
• Oversee plant identification to promote healthy growth and sustainable landscapes.
• Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to optimize water efficiency across projects.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks effectively, and provide mentorship to develop their skills in gardening, landscaping, and crew management.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during project execution and daily operations.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan project scopes, budgets, and schedules for diverse landscaping initiatives.

Experience

• Bi-Lingual Fluent in English and Spanish
• Able to drive a truck and trailer, able to run equipment skid steer, dozer, dingo etc
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced outdoor environments.
