Requirements

As our Maintenance Operation Manager, your responsibilities will include

Overseeing multiple landscape maintenance crews—scheduling labor, ordering materials, coordinating equipment, and managing subcontractors. Collaborating with the Branch Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented crew. Providing hands-on training and leadership to crew leaders and crew members. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company protocols. Performing regular site inspections, monitoring irrigation systems, plants, and turf health, and addressing issues proactively. Maintaining clear communication with account managers, vendors, and the team to deliver outstanding service. Demonstrating teamwork capabilities by working in tandem with account managers to meet clients' property needs
