Landscaping Laborer

We are seeking hardworking, energetic, dependable individuals who are able to work well with a team. Perform quality service and installation for our customers in a professional manner. Duties may include operation of equipment to include, mowers, trimmers, blowers, saws, plate compactors, skid steers. We are also looking for anyone with irrigation experience/knowledge to hire as well. Hours are Mon-Fri with some Saturdays. Experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Use power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Assist with the installation of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Build and maintain garden beds, including weeding and mulching
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to ensure their health and appearance
• Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months.

Skills: - Previous experience in landscape maintenance, landscape installation and irrigation installation or related field is preferred - Knowledge of different plants, trees, and flowers commonly found in the area - Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment used in landscaping - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
