Landscaping Foreman

Foreman Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of landscape workers in daily operations - Plan and execute landscape projects such as pruning, mulching, and bed maintenance - Build and maintain landscapes to meet client specifications and expectations - Supervise and provide guidance to crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols - Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition - Communicate with clients to address any concerns or requests on the projects

Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field is a plus - Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree and shrub care, grounds keeping and landscape maintenance techniques - Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and crew members - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of plant identification, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices is a plus
