We’re looking for a creative, motivated and skilled Landscape Crew Lead to supervise one of our horticultural or maintenance teams.

Requirements for Landscaping Crew Lead (Hardscape or Horticulture)

• 3-5+ years of full-time landscape leadership/supervisory experience, preferably in residential horticultural maintenance or installation teams;
• Mature and professional;
• Ability to engage with clients;
• Ability to work collaboratively with production manager, designers, and owner;
• Clean driving record and drug-testing required.
