Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Team Lead to oversee daily job site operations and lead a small crew. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members on landscape construction projects * Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications * Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs * Perform and oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, stonework), grading, drainage, and planting * Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope * Maintain a safe and organized job site * Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed * Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications
