Landscape Laborer

We are looking for employees who are responsible for assisting in performing skilled landscape maintenance and installation tasks to ensure high-quality outdoor environments for residential, commercial, or municipal clients.

Responsibilities

*Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing and aeration.

*Plant, transplant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.

*Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and other machinery.

*Assist with hardscape installation, including patios, pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems.

*Apply mulch, soil, fertilizers, and other landscape materials as needed.

*Read and follow site plans, work orders, and instructions from supervisors.

*Ensure all work is completed safe and in compliance with company standards.

*Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on job sites.

* Lift 50 plus pounds, bend, lift, kneel, and work with tools or machinery.

*Work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a crew.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
