Landscaping Superintendent
Position Summary
We are seeking a Landscaping Superintendent to oversee commercial and residential landscape installation projects. This position is responsible for managing crews, coordinating materials and equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise landscape installation crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and labor resources.
- Oversee irrigation, hardscape, planting, grading, and landscape installation activities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to management.
- Manage project documentation and field reports.
- Resolve jobsite challenges and maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscape construction supervision experience preferred.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, grading, hardscapes, and plant installation.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read landscape plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
