What we're looking for:

Someone who is willing to be flexible with their schedule as it may change every week and some Saturdays will be required. Ideally, this person has some tropical landscaping experience. Planting/designing experience a plus. Will be filling in where needed on the maintenance division as well, so person will need to have experience with a stand on zero turn mower and weed trimmers. Some cross training with our sister company Hawai'i Curb Appeal is possible. Someone who is self-motivated is always who we prefer to hire.

Responsibilities

• Using proper planting techniques
• Perform high quality landscape & lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to a standard well above the average, pruning and removal of green waste
• Use provided power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, flowers/plants and shrubs & install ground cover
• Take meticulous care of each client's property no matter the size or location

-Take care and pride in equipment and tools provided to ensure they remain in tip- top shape
