Jake’s Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services to residential properties throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Install mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and sod.
• Complete spring and fall landscape cleanups.
• Weed landscape beds and maintain planting areas.
• Safely load, unload, and operate landscaping equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site.
• Follow company standards to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience is required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
